Short biography:
Nataša Tošanović was born on April 23th 1979 in Zenica, BiH. She graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb in 2007, after she completed the program of Production and Industrial Engineering at University undergraduate studies.
Since September 2009 she has been employed as an assistant at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Zagreb. She defended her doctoral thesis „Improvement of production processes by applying pull principles“, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in November 2018.
Fields of interest: production management, manufacturing process improvement methods, production process optimization.
Projects:
- Associate on the project „Achieving business excellence by implementing Lean systems in manufacturing and service companies in the Republic of Croatia“, led by prof. dr. sc. Nedeljko Štefanić (2008. – 2009.). The project was funded by the Adris Foundation
- Associate on the project “Business improvement of small and medium-sized enterprises using a Lean system”, led by prof. dr. sc. Nedeljko Štefanić (2008 – 2013). The project is funded by the Ministry of the Economy of Labor and Entrepreneurship
- Associate on the EU-funded project SEECEL (The South East European Center for Entrepreneurial Learning) (2012-2014)
